Clean water
changes everything.

We don’t measure success in dollars raised. We measure it in lives changed — one community, one well, one morning that finally belongs to the people who live it.

$40 = clean water for one person, for life

100% of your gift funds water projects — operating costs are covered separately by private donors.

01 — Our Work

Water is the beginning of everything that follows.

Right now, 771 million people wake up every day without clean water close to home. The cost isn’t only health — it’s hours, education, income, and agency. Women and girls alone spend an estimated 200 million hours every day walking for water.

But the people we serve are not a problem to be solved. They are partners with plans, families with dreams, communities ready to lead. What they lack is infrastructure — and that, unlike pity, is something we can build.

Our work is simple: lasting, locally-led, GPS-verified water access — then a handover, not a handout.

“Water doesn’t end poverty. It makes ending poverty possible.”

02 — Impact

Measured in lives,
not ledgers.

Every number below is GPS-verified, audited annually, and tied to a named community. This is what trust looks like when you count it.

03 — Finances

Follow every dollar to the well.

Of every dollar that reaches Brightwater, 84 cents goes directly to water. Here’s the audited split of each dollar — verified annually by an independent firm, with every figure on this page sourced and traceable.

The people behind the numbers.

Dignity, in their own words. Shared with consent — never staged.

05 — Commitments

Trust, written down.

We design every part of Brightwater to be checked. If a number on this page can’t be proven, we don’t print it.

$40

100% to water.

Every public dollar funds projects — operating costs are covered separately by a small group of private donors. So $40 from you buys $40 of well: clean water for one person, for life.
